We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. We apologize, but due to the low cost nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns (except as noted below) or exchanges.
Although we’ve have tried to accurately display the colors of our foundations and concealers on www.popfeel.com, we understand that it may be difficult to color match these products online. If you’ve purchased our Flawless Finish Foundation, Acne Fighting Foundation, 16HR Camo Concealer, Flawless Concealer or the Beautifully Bare Lightweight Concealer Stick online at www.popfeel.com and you’re not happy with the color, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We’ll refund, to the original form of payment, the price of the applicable product plus any applicable taxes. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be issued.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.
May i cancel or adjust the order?
We apologize, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or adjust it. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate.
We apologize for the large number of out of stock items on our site. We are very excited that we are currently transitioning to our brand new warehouse. During this moving process, a number of our products have gone out of stock temporarily. Please sign up on the product page for an automatic e-mail and you will receive a notification when the product returns to stock. We appreciate your patience and loyalty.
What if I am missing products from my order or I received a product that was damaged??

Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and or damaged products will be fully refunded. Please be sure to contact us within 90 days, or we will not be able to honor your request.
What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
We apologize, however we are unable to edit orders once they have been placed because orders are immediately transmitted to our shipping department. Please be sure to check your address before your order has been placed.
